Bluestone college trains athletes to become Personal Trainers

“I have always enjoyed and been interested in sport. I currently compete as a sprinter for Liverpool Harriers AC and compete at national races. Studying Physical Education A level has opened my eyes to the science behind sport and Studying biology has also given me insight into the complexity of the human body and how it functions. I am particularly interested in how the physiology of the body adapts and changes in response to exercise and it’s benefits. I also find it fascinating to see how gym work has improved my sprinting.

This interest has lead to me wanting to take the personal training course as I hope to become a personal trainer to help others improve and reach their potential and I love to work with people as I am very sociable and confident. I am excited to learn more about specific movement analysis and the best training for specific individuals and to also built my confidence further. Once I have completed my A levels I am hoping to go to university to study a sport related degree possibly sports science or Nutrition.”
